DefCon 16

DefCon is one of the longest running hacker conferences. DefCon 16 was the 16th incarnation of the event, so has now been running for 16 years. Primarily DefCon is an exploration of security issues, and a showing off of security exploits. These take place mainly through formal presentations, however a number of "hacking rooms", contests, and general socializing also promote these points.

This year four CLUG members chose to attend. What follows below is a pictorial review of that trip. But it should be noted that the pictures do NOT do justice to the event. You really need to go yourself to understand the experience.
